user deleted some emails in from their inbox but it still shown on the inbox screen.
when the user click that mail, the msg pop up “email has been deleted”
how to fix the view issue ?

go to Inbox & press SHIFT and F9 keys together, this will rebuild the index for Inbox

Most likely other views might have a problem as well so I would reindex the whole mail by holding down the following 3 keys simultaneously:
Ctrl + Shift + F9
