Mail date stamp from client

All mails from my Domino server have the time stamp from the client desktop, i.e. if a user wants to send mail in the back date he is allowed to do so.

We want to ensure that all mails should essentially have the time stamp of the server and not of the clients.

Thanks for the help but where do I use it ?

I want that whenever any user sends mail from Outlook or Notes the time stamp of sent and should be the time on the server and not of the clients.
