When a user opens their e-mail database they see the left hand pane as they should (Inbox, Drafts etc.) but the right hand pane is just a gray pane. If they then click on the Inbox, Drafts, etc the view comes up. I have two users with this issue. When I look at their email on my PC then it looks fine.
Can someone tell me what is going on?
