Mail dataabse statistics

Hi,

I am new to Domino administration.

Is it possible to create a view that lists all maildatabases on a Domino server with the following columns:

Username, databasename, size, threshold, number of documents, % used?

The standard view in administrator lacks the number of documents column, and I don’t know how to add it. Also, that view cannot be printed.

You can use Admin Preferences in Admin Client…where you can specify about the columns…in the files tab.
