Can’t seem to make HTML (probably sent from Outlook) be read in R6 mail client. Any suggestions?

Ryan, Check these two things: In the individual’s Person Document, ensure the Preferences for Incoming Mail is set to either No Preference or Keep Sender’s Preference (depending upon if your Domino Directory is R5 or R6). The second place to check is with the individual’s Notes Client. The second place to check is with your server’s Mail.box. If the server was originally an R4.6 server, the mail.box may never have been compacted. If the mail.box is still in the old ODS format, you may not be receiving any mail in MIME format.
