When a client goes to renew their ID by going to user security and when they get ready to email it to the admins a name already appears on it example: Billy James. We do not have a Billy James that works in our company. How can we replace that name so it automatically uses my name or my bosses name.
When a user sees Billy James they freak out because they think its a virus or spyware since that person doesn’t exist in our company.
