I have a user with the following problem: he can move mail from his inbox to other folders, but when he moves his mail to trash, it still remains in his inbox. Does anyone know how to handle this?

Besides SHIFT+F9 and CTRL+SHIFT+F9, here’s something that might help: Access the mailbox from a web browser and delete messages. I had a similar problem today and when I used the Webmail access, deleting and emptying trash, all the messages I needed gone were finally gone.
