Have you ever noticed that when you filter the calendar in your Notes Mail application, there is a bar that appears just under the action bar that reads something like “You are seeing: entries by type” with a “Clear” button.
How does that message bar appear?

I noticed that they use an extra parameter (perhaps an undocumented feature) but when I try and use that extra parameter in my view the message bar still doesn’t appear.

Mail database is a composite application. The information bar is displayed by some xml file.I’m not vell versed with composit apps. For further information check the NotesMailApps.xml
