Mail.box not showing the pending mails

hi all,

I am facing some problem in domino administrator.When run sh server command on domino console it shows some pending mail on mail.box.But when view in domino administrator messaging tab,where as pbefore 2 or 3 days it was working fine.What could be the problem?

can anyone help me in this…

you haven’t mentioned your ACL access to mail.box

if your only a Depositor … change it to at least Reader or Editor

Thank for ur help.Since recently we have chaged out administrator id.i have give rights on all the database except mail.box
