I am facing a very urgent issue.And in the hope of getting a solution ,i have joined this community.
I am working on a web based lotus application from which emails generated by a agent are sent.When the
mails are sent ,thier body is not displaying to the recipients of the mails.Everything other than body
is delivering well and good.
Is it a conversion from one format to another related problem(i mean CD to MIME format)??
One intersting observation which can help in troubleshooting is as follows:-
The property “Web access” of the field “wbody” and “Body” are “Using HTML”. When this changed to
“Using Java Applet” the body is delivering but the body is not displaying in the sent item views.
Also note the mails are sent thru a web based application and notes client is not used.
All suggestions are welcomed and thanks in advance …
Please help this is very urgent as i am an application developer and have no experience in Lotus
mails.
