Mail body is blank

Hi !

I’ve got a very odd problem after having updated notes with FP3 Notes_851FP3_Standard_W32 on Notes 8.5.1

I have an installation with the designer and administrator. on a Win7 on a labtop

When I open a mail from the Notes client is body blank,

if I open the mail database in the administrator client I can see the contents of the body in the mail.

If I have administrator client open and Notes client open simultaneously and opens the mail databesen open in administrator client. and opens a mail from the Notes client.

it switch over to the administrator client and open it in a tab and I can see the contents

Everything seems to work fine in iNotes.

Subject: Similar problem

We have a similar problem where mail looks fine in the Notes client, but body text is missing in iNotes. After countless hours of troubleshooting with IBM, we still have not fixed the problem, but have narrowed it down to the point that we believe it has something to do with font support. Maybe a font being used in the body is not available on the client. Sorry if that’s a little vague.
