Mail attachment position

I’ve had a question from a user, and it seems like a good idea to me

With MIME messages the attachments are at the top (good times!)

However, for internal mail the attachments can be anywhere, but are mostly at the bottom because people just type their email then put the attachment at the bottom.

Is there a way to make internal email attachments appear at the top as well? This particular user almost missed an important attachment because of getting used to having attachments at the top.

Would be nice to have this an option (is it already?)

I have received a request from one of my users on this same topic. Has there been any updates on whether this can be incorporated as an option?
