I have mail archives stored on the server. After archiving some additional emails i noticed that these changes are not being replicated to the other servers holding the replicas. Also local replica’s on the client (8.5) are not being updated. I’ve checked all the relevant settings i could find (replication is enabled, scheduling, etc). Also initiating replication manually on the server does not help. Any suggestions?
Subject: Re: Replication issues
I would suggest clearing replication history on each impacted replica. This will force the replicator to review all documents for additions/deletions/updates during the replication event, not just those that have been modified since that last replication event.
Subject: 3 possibilites
Manual replication doesn’t work?

Are you sure that there is no other database with the same replica id on the server? I saw it once a person was archiving (fixed path) with one db, but the other db was replicating

Is the replication temporarily disabled (Replication Settings - Other)
-
Is the replication somehow restricted? (also in Replication Settings → Basic / Space Savers / Advanced)
Subject: started working suddenly
Must have been a heisenbug… it started replicating correctly right after posting my message.
Might have something to do with jiggling the unread marks (select all, mark as read, select all, mark as unread).
Thanks for the suggestions anyway.
