Subject: Same problem with archiving after upgrading to 8.5.1 FP3

Hi,I am experiencing the same issue since upgrading one of our mail servers in the cluster to 8.5.1 FP3, I don’t get the issue when doing the same thing on a server that hasn’t been upgraded as yet which is 7.0.3.

I am wondering what your configuration is, e.g. versions, transaction logging enabled, etc. For example the users with the problem are running 6.5.5 and a 6.5 template, but I get the same issue when accessing the mail file through a 8.5.1 FP3 client.

I have compacted -C and created a new copy of their mail file but still get the problem. Their archives were original on a local drive but have moved them to the Domino server.

The only way I can workaround this is to manually run an updall -R on the mail files with the issue.

We had the same problem (851 FP3). IBM Support compiled a hot fix for this issue (for AIX): HF 257-aix64.

Subject: Same exact issue with FP3 on server

Same problem with ‘doc been deleted’ and then ‘($SoftDeletions)’ view having an error with ‘collection object was deleted’.I opened a PMR and the tech mentioned they are aware of an issue with the FP3 client but were not aware of a problem with FP3 on the server.

Subject: FP4

They say it will be fixed in FP4
