When using R5, I have created agents in some of our users’ maibox to forward new incoming mail to a second user. When the second user opened the email, it showed the server’s name as the sender. After we upgraded to ND6, all those emails now my name as the sender instead of the server name. How can I fix this? Thanks.

You must be doing this formula agents, right? Sign them with the server id or use On Behalf feature if you want the old behavior.
Check Agent FAQ “Troubleshooting agents in R6” for changes in formula agents (under Resources!)

I was just using simple actions for the agent.I tried to use the server name in the “On behalf” field, but the agent did not work. The agent works if I use the mailbox owner’s name.
btw, how do you sign the agent with the server id?

Yes, simple agents changed as well. If you look at the article I mentioned it goes over all the changes. Agent FAQ has a section on how to sign with server id. Did you check it?
It would be an overkill to use “On Behalf” in this situation, you probably don’t have the rights to do it.
