Mail Agent Problem on Hosted Server

We have our Domino server hosted for us (although we have control over the environment), and we’re having trouble running a “new mail” agent (After New Mail has Arrived).

I checked the log, and the Amgr error returned is: “Agent ‘ForwardMail’ will not run. It is intended to run on ‘dedicatedserver.hostservice.com’ not ‘Internet1/ourdomain’” (names changed). The ‘dedicatedserver.hostservice.com’ is the server’s fully qualified internet host name, and I’m unable to set the agent to run on it. Any ideas?

can’t you set it to run on “Internet1/ourdomain?”

Thank you for the reply Joseph. It is indeed already set to run on “internet1/ourdomain”. It seems to me that the error message indicates that it is intended to run on the fully qualified name, not on internet1. However, I cannot change it (internet1 is the only server in the domain)
