Hello.Is there any metod to set a defalut sender(Lotus Notes) email address format to extended ?
Ex: standard adress is: fname.lname@bleble.com
i need: “nfame lname” fname.lname@bleble.com
I want to set this as default for all users(new users).
Subject: mail address format
On the Global domain document, on the conversions tab, there’s a field at the bottom labelled Address format. Try changing that to Name and address rather than Address only, then bounce your router.

Yes, but then address is contructed dynamically, not from person document from Public Address Book :(User cant have ex. three custom addreses.
