Came across this problem today, when a users template was updated from a mail(r4) to a mail(r6) yesterday and today all of the users old mails are in the “all documents” instead of the “inbox”. Has anyone come across this problem in the last while?

I guess this is one of the reasons why the recommend to upgrade to the latest R4, then latest R5 and finally R6. Shouldnt skip the R5…
Anyway, havent seen the problem.

turned out the template created an additional mailbox as for what ever reason the mailbox the template upgrade was being done on, prohibited upgrades. Why this was set I don’t know!! Located this when a made a copy of the mailbox and went into designer on the copied mailbox. Copied the contents from one inbox to the other and renamed the old inbox. Then set the inbox with all the mail to be the default reciepient of mail and deleted the other inbox. After all that updated the template straight from R4 to R6. Works fine now!!
All that nightmare, just because of one checkbox been checked!!
