Mac can't use File Upload Control - Please help!

I have a notes-web database. Users can logon and choose their files through the Notes File Upload Controller. It works great… unless they are on a Mac. It seems that any Mac that accesses the web-database, about 20 seconds after clicking the submit button gets the following error:

ERROR–

The atempt to load 'Access URL: http://…name.nsf/FormName?OpenFOrm&sez=1’failed.

If the Mac user clicks submit without attaching a file the form goes through perfect. The form works flawlessly on PC’s.

I have tried everything I can think of.

Problem resolved. It turns out that I was mislead by the facts. It wasn’t a Mac issue, it was a file size issue. Somehow the file-size limit on the server document reverted back to the 10meg file size limit.
