Our mac was crashing on 6.5.1I have found that user has over 1000 fonts installed and then we removed couple of hundred line notes say less then 800 and it is working fine now.

Take a look into your Notes folder for any subfolders which do not belong to Lotus Notes. We had there a folder named with an asterisk (*). After we deleted it, the client was working fine again.

There is no folder of name *. I have installed it first time when i have deleted all the notes files and then reinstalled a fresh copy and it started in OS X 10 mode but then after crash when I reinstalled it it started in Version 9 mode. IN that mode it is not crashing but it is giving error on opening any document. " Canot create file" and specially the mails with the attachments. If we try try …100 try then it opens the same file. I figured that it may be the disk space issue but on checking the system has 128 GB and it is only used 19%. Any suggestion will be good.
