User is able to print from all other MAC OS X 10 programes but Lotus Notes is running in classic mode or something so it cannot print on the same devices.

Bummer… printing from classic is a known mac issue. You can do a little digging on www.apple.com/discussion to help find a solution.But, that being said, I would recommend getting the OSX version of Notes. I use it and it works pretty smoothly and I can print.
