I was wondering if anyone has had or noticed problems/performance issues after applying the M$ patch - KB890859

After applying the patch and once web server had enough traffic, a user that could usually download a file 5mb in size at around 230kb/s dropped to 4-5kb/s. After taking the patch off, I let the server run for a week and the problem did not resurface. I put the patch back on this past Friday, and Tuesday morning I am back to the same problem. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I am going to submit a PMR with IBM, but wanted to hear if anyone else had a similar experience. One more thing. I shut down Domino and installed another web server just to make sure that it was at the server level and I was able to get the same results without using the Domino http server.
