Description: In this community meeting we’ll hear from productivity specialist and eProductivity™ creator Eric Mack as he shares his team’s experience creating an app that enables higher performance with Lotus software. Eric will share the story of how the economic downturn of 2009 and the rise of the iPhone inspired his team to expand their distribution model from a Business to Business to a Business to Consumer model. He will also talk about the different thinking and processes it took to make that happen. Eric will offer 7 considerations when developing a self-serve user experience as he walks you through this new model that has end-users finding, trying, purchasing, and using apps for Lotus Software. We’ll close with a brief discussion and time for Q&A.
