How to move all of the code from the script libraries into LSS files and compilling the code.so that it is not possible to see or change any of the script libraries.

Can you try hiding the design instead?
Code by Code, you’ll need to convert LS actions on forms and views into Script libraries, then export that to a local directory. Then use the Include directive to point to the file. Saving the element will then include the external script/library, as compiled only.
