Louts Notes users authenticate using Active Directory

Hi.

I’m pretty sure I’ve heard or read somewhere that at some point notes users (not web access or http) will be able to authenticate against an active directory server and the person documents in the domino directory is no longer needed. Is this true or have I been dreaming again?

If it’s true, what about the ID files?

This is true that notes users can authenticate Active directory server,but we need to configure LDAP for that and we need to create the Directory Assistance for the same…
