LotusScript or Formula equivalent of Effective Access in ACL

Guys is there a LotusScript of Formula language equivalent of the Effective Access in ACL?

I can manually find the Effective Access of one user by opening the DB ACL then clicking the Effective Access button. But can I do this programatically?

BTW, in case someone is also having trouble, the functions are QueryAccess, QueryAccessPrivileges, QueryAccessRoles of NotesDatabase.
