Hi,
I have one view " Pending for approval" this view will show pending application for By All Approver(ie Categrized based on Approver name").
Now i want to create agent that will see if the approval is not done within 48 hrs(since document created) it will fire the mail to the approver with hyperlink of that document.

Check if the CREATION_DATE field (or any field which shows the documnet’s creation date) is more than 2 days (48 hrs) old and if so use @MAILSEND command to send a reminder mail along with a link to the document. (Check out the Help in Designer for syntax of @MailSend command)
