Lotusphere online access - insane help form

I went to http://mailapp1.online2006.net to access the Lotusphere pre-conference materials. I never got an e-mail with my badge or password so I clicked the “If you are experiencing problems accessing the site” link. One of the issues listed is “I did not receive the e-mail for pre-show access”, but I can’t send the help request because the badge and password are required. My problem is I don’t have those, so how am I supposed to enter it to get help?

I figured that the Lotusphere registration people could resend it to me so I e-mailed them and explained the situation. They sent me back an e-mail:

You are inquiring about accessing the Lotusphere Online system. We do not have information on that system.

If you have any inquiries or issues with your account, please utilize the help system available on the Website > http://www.online2006.net. Please allow one business day for a response to your inquiry.

I called Lotus Support. They have no access to Lotusphere information and could offer no suggestions but to go to the conference materials website and request help. Which I can’t do because I never got the e-mail with my username and password.

Overall a monumentally frustrating waste of time trying to accomplish something that should be trivial. I’m giving up on this, I just had to vent about yet another monumentally stupid system implemented with little forethought given to it actually being useful.
