Lotus V8.5 and backup compatibility

Hello,

Does someone knows why most of backup agent online (Symantec, Avamar…) doesn’t support yet the Lotus Domino version 8.5? Is it the core 8.5 or the ODS 51 that the online backup doesn’t like?

If it’s only the ODS, does someone have issue using the Lotus 8.5 with the online backup without converting existing database on the new ODS51?

Subject: We are running 8.5 for 3 months now

and NetBackup 6.5.3So far no problem. For DAOS-enabled database we had to write our own restore program otherwise it is a bit manual.
