We noticed that the response icon is not reflected for emails replied from mobile device thru traveler.
Further investigation revealed that the $Respondedto field is missing in all emails replied from mobile device.
Is there any way to get this working?

If using Apple devices - then no, the reply forward flags are not specified in the Active Sync protocol and therefore are not to or from the device.

FYI, No such limitation with Lotus Traveler for Android - Happy Days!

Android, Windows Mobile, and Nokia do not have that problem currently - that is correct. Adding it for Apple is on the feature request list and could show up in a future release.
