Has anyone got Lotus traveler working on a Nokia E52?
Keeps saying my username and password are wrong - but exactly the same set up works for N97 - guessing it is a firmware issue on the phone especially when they specify the phone is compatable

We do not know of any issues on the E52. I recommend you open a Problem report so we can collect log files and send to Nokia developement to investigate in more detail.

I can not log calls there but this is definately a problem I have tried it on 3 E52s now. Not good as Nokia have splashed the fact that Lotus Traveller works on the E52 on to their web site and press releases etcPhone

Subject: I have the same problem with Nokia E52
I have the same problem with Nokia E52, E75 and Nokia 6730 classic.
Our Lotus Notes Traveler server is version 8.5. And it works great with Nokia E71, E51 and Windows Mobile phones.
Any information in this matter is much appreciated.
Subject: Solved with Traveler 8.5.1
I had the same problem with my Nokia E52 and Lotus Traveler 8.5.0.1.
I just tried it with version 8.5.1 on greenhouse.lotus.com and it works.
=> I downloaded the new traveler client for my Nokia E52 but unfortunately I cannot access my Lotus Traveler 8.5.0.1 Server with the new client. We will have to wait for the official 8.5.1 release.
Subject: Upgrading not helping us
We have the same problem with E52.Lotus Traveler v. 8.5.1 on a 8.5.1 server.
Would really like to know what’s causing this problem.
