Lotus Traveler and meeting requests

I installed Lotus Traveler on HTC X7500 (Windows Mobile 5) without a glitch. Everything synced and is almost working except MEETING REQUESTS…

The device throws an error when opening a meeting request:

“This invitation was unable to be successfully processed. You must use your Notes Desktop Client to attempt further processing.”

On the Domino log this comes up:

Any suggestions? Tips?

I have a presentation with a client tomorrow and really need to get this to work.

This sounds like a similar problem that has already been reported and has an APAR fix available. You will need to open a PMR to get that fix and also to have the logs looked at in more detail to confirm it is the same problem. When you report the problem, make sure you indicate which Domino server version the mail files are on both for the recipient (I assume that’s the Traveler user) and the meeting chair. This additional information might be important if the problem is different than the known problem (in particular, if the servers are 8.5).
