Lotus Traveler 8.5.1 - Nokia devices Lock

Nokia devices is locking. Problem report on Mobile show “Autosync not working”.It happens often when power is belowe 10%.

Status in database: User = Online, Device = Disconnected. If a user try to get access to settings on the Mobile the Mobile just Lock.

How the solve this problem with a reinstall ?

I’d recommend opening a problem report with Lotus Support - Development will need to see the logs for the devices in question. I’ve not heard of this problem before.
