Can some one help me with the program running very slow. I had this on another computer and was told I did not have enough memory but have upgraded and still the same problem. When I open the program an hour glass indicating wait appears. This hour glass is for all functions I try to use. When I click on an icon the hour glass comes up. When I get my email, the hour glass comes up. I continually have to wait for long periods before getting a particular function to work. Any ideas? Frustrated. Thanks

This is not really the place to ask about this type is issue. I suggest that you contact IBM support after you verify that the computer you are having problems with meets hardware requirements for Notes, has the latest patches and service packs installed, and is malware-free. Based on the limited information you have provided it is impossible to guess what the problem is.

Have you tried the same UserID on another computer?
Have you tried to reinstall Lotus Notes?
Maybe you can use the Client_Clock notes.ini settings of the Notes client. Keyword : Client_Clock

I work for a company and have contacted tech assistance. This has been on more than 1 computer. Where else would you ask a question about Lotus notes on Apple forums. The fact is that Lotus notes does not work good on certain computers it works on some on others it is very time consuming and runs very slow
