I see some videos from the lotus protector wiki.and I have some confuses.for example,my root domain is test.com and my domino server is server1.test.com and server2.test.com.ip address(192.168.0.100 and 192.168.0.200).I only config the server1.i want know a basic configuration about how to integrate the domino8(not8.5) and protector.the most important is how to set the server document.my protector is protector.test.com and eth1 ip is 192.168.0.110.I only do a basic configuration about the system.
and my server configuration:
Relay host for messages leaving the local internet domain:protector.test.com
allow connections only form the following smtp internet hostnames/ip address:[protector.test.com]
I send mails meet this:SMTP Server reply: 554 Mail from postmaster@test.com rejected for policy reasons.why?i stop all the protector policy and error same.
I follow the Lotus protector wiki web page:Tutorial: Lotus Protector for Mail Security Integration
my steps for protector is:
1 modify directory object
2 create who object
3 enable who object for end user access
4 enable firewall port for end user accer ,free the 4443 port for eth1
5 enable recipient verfication
6 select domino directory who objects.

ldap not right.wizard,My domino server is server1/test,hostname is server1.test.com,administrator is admin,and password is “123456”,I input this to the driectory object the hostname is server1.test.com and user is the admin,password is 123456,isn’t right? ping hostname can through.
