Lotus notes traveller (Server timeout) error

when i try to connect to my server from my mobile phone prepared with traveler, it tries to register with server for some time. but after it doesn’t connect.and it gives the following error…

12/23/2009 04:35:57 PM HTTP JVM: Traveler: Lotus Traveler task is not operation

al. Client request denied for CN=administrator/O=SIS.

plz help me out.

This happens if Traveler Server is not running.

Check out this InfoCenter topic to make sure everything is setup correctly:

Also to test out just point your browser to http://hostname/servlet/traveler and log in with your user and pw. This will give server status info etc.
