Can I install Lotus Notes Traveler server on Domino Server and on Linux platform (SLES10) ?
I read this in Lotus Notes Traveler Help but it is not clear for me.
Lotus Notes Traveler server can be installed on the following operating systems:
Microsoft® Windows® 2003 Standard Edition 32-bit or 64-bit
Microsoft Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition 32-bit or 64-bit
Microsoft Windows 2003 R2 Standard Edition 32-bit or 64-bit
Microsoft Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition 32-bit or 64-bit

Subject: No… Unfortunately you can’t…
It will only run on a windows 2003 server (as listed).What is strange though is that only various java archives and servlets are installed to the server. At least as far as I can see. Meaning that if you try to install manually it could work.
Like to see opinions on this!

Subject: Traveler has C and Java code
There are some portion of Traveler in Java and some in C. The Java portions would work, but the C parts are not compiled for Linux, so they won’t.
