We have a Domino (SMTP) server which we plan to upgrade to 8.0.1 few days from now.
We do not have a Sametime server.
We are planning to install Lotus Notes Traveler in our environment the same time when we do to upgrade in Domino to 8.0.1.
Is it recommended to install Lotus Notes Traveler on the same machine (server) where our SMTP are installed? Or should it be on a different server?
I read some articles that they have installed it on different servers. What is the best and standard practice for our issue. What will happen if we install it on the same SMTP server? I apologize for the questions.
I hope somebody could enlighten us.
