I have a Device Nokia E72 in my customer that syncronize all (contacts, mails, folders, calendar)
But When a user send a mail …go to OutGoing folder (I think local) and not push to the traveler server…so that nothing send mail go out.
Have someone any suggest?

The normal flow is that it gets created in the Outbox and then gets synced on the next sync (be it manual or push started sync). If you have push enabled, it should cause it to sync within a minute of when you send the message and it goes to the Outbox. You can also go into Traveler and do a Sync Now to force it to sync. If it still doesn’t send then you need to open a PMR with a TPR (in Traveler, Tools → Report Problem) from the device as well as FINEST and SyncML server logs for the user to see why it is not sending.
