I have created a toolbar icon for one of our users. When I am in preferences, toolbars, customize, I can see the icon in the universal toolbar. However, when I try to create a new message, the icon does not show up. It is not hidden behind anything else. Is there some type of security that would restrict the user from viewing this icon?
