hi.We have a lotus notes high available install on Centos , however i was wondering would i be able to add another node to the cluster with windows OS as i was planning to do a Netapp Snap manager backup and snapmanager lotus notes backup is supported only on windows.

As opposed to Microsoft’s cluster solutions, Domino can be clustered across different hardware and operating systems, as well as different versions of Domino and the operating system.
A couple of years ago, someone clustered Domino on an AS/400 and on an Xbox (running Linux). Not sure if a Windows server was involved as well.
But from what I understand, you can cluster Domino 7 on Windows Server 2008 and Domino 8.5 on Windows Server 2008, something you can’t do with Exchange/Sharepoint.
