I am using Lotus Notes 6.5.4. In my dept consisting of 4 persons each individual has a lotus mail id and there is one group mail box which can be assessed by all. All 4 persons can send e-mail from the group mail box. My problem is that many times other people within the organization and out side the organization send mail to the group mail box only without copying the message to me. I have set a rule in the group mail account that any message recd in the group mail box and not copied to me is copied to me by the rule. However, I find that messages which are copied to me by the originator are also copied to me by the rule. Further, whenever I transmit a message to others with a copy to the group mail box for the benefit of others in the dept, the mesage comes back to me due to the rule set by me. Can you help me to achieve the undermentioned actions:-1. Any message addressed to the group mail box and not copied to me should be automatically copied to me by the rule. I have an internet email id as well as an intra net email id
- Any message sent by me and copied to the group mail box should not come back to me due to the above rule.
