Lotus Notes Prompt ....Going Mad

Hi,

Am going crazy in just trying to accomplish something that I know most will consider simple. I do not want lotus notes to display a prompt to save the application before exiting. I just want it to execute the code and exit without prompting to save.

What can I do to avoid that prompt? Below is the code:

Dim workspace As New NotesUIWorkspace

Dim uidoc As NotesUIDocument

Set uidoc = workspace.CurrentDocument

Messagebox “This item is not budgeted for, please consult your Manager!”

Call uidoc.Close(True)

Please help needed urgently…

Yoko

Does this work?

Dim workspace As New NotesUIWorkspace

Dim uidoc As NotesUIDocument

Set uidoc = workspace.CurrentDocument

Messagebox “This item is not budgeted for, please consult your Manager!”

Call uidoc.FieldSetText(“SaveOptions”,0)

Call uidoc.Close(True)

You may have to put the 0 in quotes…not sure.

EDIT: I’ve assumed you -don’t- want the doc to save.

Paul.
