I use Lotus Notes version 6.5.1. When I work on any thing - for example Unix, Internet Explorer, MS Office, Notepad, Lotus Notes pops up over top of the application. I do not have the visual and audible notification turned on. I have also turned off check mail every 15 minutes option. Any ideas on solution? Thanks!
Subject: Lotus Notes pops up frequently
I see you turned off notification, but does it happen only when new mail arrives or does it appear more random? Does it happen when you’ve minimized the Notes client or only when you have it open but behind other windows?
