I read on the forum that some people have lotus notes running on ubuntu. Sadly I seem to belong to the 1% of people which don’t have that luck.
The two approaches I read about are:
-
The plain installer (which only gives me “unable to verify mozilla version” no matter what I install or place in “/etc/gre.conf”)
-
The RPM method (which installs after converting with “alien -ds” and linking “sh” to “bash” instead of “dash”, starts up the GUI but then simply crashes before showing anything beyond two empty panes).
I would be really thankful for some more ideas!
