one of the users is facing this problem every day morning when she wants to Login, she enters her password Lotus is showing the processing icon -for ever- and then it will show "Not Responding"I used to solve this problem by deleting Cache file and replace the Bookmark files in the Data folder and it was working, but with this user it’s working for one day and when she is coming next day she is getting the same issue!!

All our users had this problem when we brought a new server online and then switched the things so that the new server pointed to the same hostname as the old server.
Check her connection doc for the server she is trying to access when she first signs on (probably her mail server). On the Advanced tab, it should state ‘Normal’ for usage priority. If it is ‘Low’ then her PC will try to go through another Domino server to find the one she wants. This is the sort of problem that surfaces when you add a new server.
Another thing you can do is add the following line to her notes.ini file…
DONT_USE_REMEMBERED_ADDRESSES=1
…and then have her close and reopen Notes. This setting will clear caching of ports and server addresses.
