We have a filemaker pro ver 5.0 v3 database. The user clicks the button and it creates a new email in lotus notes with the to and body filled in.
This works on all the pc’s but one computer.
When the button is clicked, I’m getting this error in Lotus Notes:
“Lotus Notes Mailman Error” - Invalid class string
Notes is in fact the default email program. Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks in advance…

I am guessing that Lotus Notes may have been installed using an Administrative ID (at the Operating System level). Uninstall and reinstall Notes using the users’ Windows credentials.

had the same problem… A colleague has suggested to run notesw32.reg from notes folder. It has fixed the problem.
