I am searching for a way to create folders or group together stationeries that we have created in Lotus Notes. Currently they are sorted by the date the stationery was created, but we want to group them by content or use of the stationery.
Can you create folders in the tools section in a mail box in Lotus Notes or how can you sort stationeries by something other then the date it was created or the “who” column?
Any assistance is appreciated.
