When installing new lotus notes client and starting the setup wizard the clients search for old servers that is removed for a long time ago.
I have removed the old servers from the server names. Anyone know where the clients find the address?
Subject: Location document in local names.nsf
I’ve seen something similar to this awhile back. I think it had to with servers that were specified in the location documents stored in the names.nsf of the machine getting the update.

It’s in a new machine with a new local names.nsf with no connections docs. It’s in the phase when you do a first time configuration in the Lotus Notes client.

I don’t do enough installs to know where else this would come from.

there are a list of servers under “Connections” in the local names.nsf as well.
