Is the monthly knowledge base CD still available, or is it only available through the web ?
If cd is availabel, what is the process to subscribe.

The Passport Advantage Software Maintenance program no longer includes a Lotus Knowledge Base (KB) CD. How can customers obtain a copy of the KB CD, and where can the KB content be found?
Solution:
Customers can find the benefits of the KB CD right on the web, by visiting our IBM Support website. To search for the latest technical information on Lotus software brand products, please use the following URL:
http://www-3.ibm.com/software/lotus/support/
In addition, existing Passport Advantage customers can purchase a yearly subscription of the KB CD for $295 US. In the US, if using a PO number, call the Passport Advantage hotline in the US at 800-266-8720 and request the KB CD by its Part Number: G09915. Alternatively, you can place an order with an IBM Sales Representative or Reseller.
The Lotus KB CD is available as part of the enhanced deliverables in the new Lotus Priority Service Program. For more information about the Priority Service Programs, please use the following URL:
